How to Book
To book our themed soft play and bounce houses for your child's special day, simply browse our collection online, select your desired package, choose your rental dates, and proceed to checkout. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a contract and invoice via email. A $100 refundable booking and security deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit will be refunded following pickup, provided the equipment is returned without damage and all terms of the rental agreement have been met. This includes last minute cancellations.

We proudly service Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. Events outside our standard service area require prior approval before booking.
Delivery and Set-Up
Our team will deliver and set up the chosen play equipment at your specified location on the agreed-upon date and time. We ensure everything is in place for your little one's playtime, so you can sit back and relax while the children enjoy. Assembly and breakdown require 60-90 minutes separately depending on the size of the rental package.
Complimentary delivery and setup are included within 15 miles of Springfield, MA. Locations beyond our complimentary delivery area are subject to a round-trip travel fee. Locations over 80 miles require prior approval before booking.
Setups can be accommodated indoors or outdoor. If outdoors, we ask that you have a backup plan in case of rain or winds above 15 mph. We do not set up on sand, gravel, dirt, uneven or wet surfaces. Outdoor setups require a flat surface area. This is to ensure the area is safe for the children, guests, our staff and equipment.
Stair fee: A $40 per flight of stairs applies when equipment must be carried up or down stairs. No fee with ground-level access or elevator access.
Rental Period
Soft play packages include a 4-hour rental period. Standalone bounce house rentals include up to 6-hours. Additional rental time may be added based on availability. An additional hour starts at $60/hour, two hours $100. Set up time is not included in your rental period.
Rules
Our soft play equipment is designed for children ages 6 months-8 years old. Adult supervision is required at all times. Face paint, slime, chalk, markers, crayons, paint, play doh, shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects that could potentially damage our play equipment are not permitted on the equipment.

At Lavish Little Playhouse, safety is our top priority. We conduct regular maintenance checks and sanitation on all our play equipment to help maintain a clean, safe and well-kept play environment. Additionally, our staff will provide safety guidelines during the set-up process to ensure a secure and enjoyable play experience for the children.
