Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers while maintaining fairness in our scheduling and business operations. Below is our cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation by the Customer: More than 14 Days Before the Event: A full refund will be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee. 7–14 Days Before the Event: A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be provided. Alternatively, customers may opt for a credit towards a future booking within 12 months. Less than 7 Days Before the Event: No refunds will be issued, but we will offer a credit (minus the $100 deposit) towards a future event within 12 months. 2. Rescheduling Policy: Customers may reschedule their event once with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. The new event date must be within 12 months of the original booking. If rescheduled within less than 72 hours, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. 3. Weather-Related Cancellations: If your event is outdoors and bad weather is forecasted, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Bad weather includes rain and winds over 15mph. No refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations, but customers may apply their payment to a rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to availability. We highly recommend having an indoor backup location to avoid weather-related disruptions. 4. Cancellation by Lavish Little Playhouse: In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, staff emergency, etc.), we will provide a full refund or allow you to reschedule at no additional cost.
